“I am extremely sensitive to legal fees. By being cost-conscious, highly efficient, and proactive, I add tremendous value for my clients.”
I work on real estate transactions of all types. My 21 years of practicing real estate law has provided me with the knowledge and expertise to efficiently represent clients in various real estate transactions, including leasing and subleasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and landlord tenant disputes. My practice also includes general corporate work. With my extensive experience representing clients on both sides of transactions, I proactively negotiate and draft fair and successful deals. I am proud to have many longstanding clients who continue to retain me to represent them in each new transaction they undertake. To me, this is the greatest compliment and speaks to my strong ability to effectively advocate for my clients.
Just as people are unique, so too are their estate planning needs. I consider the individual’s circumstances and customize the estate plan to fit the client’s specific needs and wishes. I have experience preparing comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, patient advocate designations, and other related documents. My clients range from having high net worth to more modest estates. No matter the situation, I believe everyone deserves an estate plan designed specifically for them, and I tailor each estate plan to fit the client. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I advise on ways to reduce estate tax burdens, provide for future generations, contribute to charitable organizations, and protect assets.
I also have a unique niche representing freestanding surgical outpatient facilities in all aspects, including obtaining and maintaining state licensing. In my medical and dental practice, I represent doctors, dentists, and medical clinics in financing transactions and in drafting and negotiating office and equipment leases, office sharing agreements, and employment and independent contractor agreements. Additionally, for the past 16 years, I have been successfully representing FSOFs in all aspects of their operation, including working with and advising clients as they applied for and became licensed, correcting noncompliant practices, and defending facilities whose licenses have been challenged due to compliance issues and as a result of complaints brought against them.
