“I am passionate about my work and dedicated to getting the absolute best possible results for my clients.”

-Attorney Liz Thomson

I am so fortunate to have a career doing something that I love and it shows in the results I get for my clients. Over the course of my 25 years of practice, I have successfully litigated some of the most challenging and unique cases in the state, including complex business and commercial disputes, property title issues, catastrophic environmental matters, civil rights, product liability, class action cases and personal injury – both plaintiff and defense.

It is a privilege to fight on the right side of the law to obtain not only large monetary recoveries, but justice in the courts for my clients. Accomplishing great results in meaningful cases is the very reason I became a lawyer. I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients and have also achieved much needed reform in various businesses that engaged in illegal, abusive or discriminatory practices.

My broad range of experience in handling such a variety of matters allows me to look at legal issues from different angles and develop unique strategies for aggressively representing all of my clients. I have successfully represented thousands of clients in pre-litigation resolutions when appropriate, as well as in court, including jury trials and appeals.
