Attorney

“Exceptionally thorough, attentive to detail, and committed to producing only high-quality work product.”

-Attorney Kristen Hunter Randall

Along with having strong academic and professional credentials, I am proficient in legal research, analysis, and writing, and have extensive experience in serving in the judiciary. I have served as a law clerk at both the federal appellate-court and lower-court levels as well as at the state lower-court levels in both Michigan and Ohio. As a result of these diverse clerkships, I gained not only rare insight into the inner workings of each of these segments of the judiciary, but the invaluable opportunity to expand my legal knowledge and become well-versed in a wide range of legal matters—from matters of federal law to state law and from civil law to criminal law. Over my nine years of service as a law clerk, I wrote hundreds of draft opinions and orders, and believe that each one evidenced my commitment, as a matter of both professional and personal integrity, to producing only high-quality, thorough work product that reflected well on me, the judge for whom I was working, and the justice system in general.

As an attorney in private practice specializing in legal research and writing, I now apply all of the skills that I honed and all of the knowledge and experience that I obtained during my service in the judiciary for the benefit of our clients. Just as I was as a law clerk, I am exceptionally thorough, attentive to detail, and committed to producing only high-quality work product. I also strive to ensure that this work product zealously advances the interests of our clients.
