“Be all in or get all out. There is no half way.”
I am a medical malpractice litigator. My practice primarily focuses on nursing home and hospital nursing malpractice. While in law school, I was the editor in chief of the Journal of Medicine and Law and that is where my interest in the intersections between science and the law began. I work closely with clients to understand their stories, including learning about what happened to them and how those events affect their daily lives. Then I work my hardest to achieve an outcome most favorable to them. My clients need help and I am there for them during very sad and sensitive times, such as the death of a loved one or when they are faced with the aftermath of the negligence at hand.
I am always accessible to my clients. Many have never gone through the litigation process before and I patiently walk them through every step. By the time litigation is complete, we know each other very well. My clients trust me and I do not take that lightly. I always keep their best interests in mind as I negotiate or litigate on their behalf. Our clients choose me and Hertz Schram because we work hard and obtain results for them regardless of the challenges that may develop during litigation. We’re all in.
