Laurie S. Raab

Laurie S. Raab is an associate at Hertz Schram and is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Corporate Practice and Medial and Dental Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation, representing buyers, sellers and developers with respect to acquisitions, sales and financing.Landlord and tenants with respect to lease negotiations and lease disputes, and title companies with respect to title claims and priority disputes.Ms. Raab was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1993. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Eastern District of Michigan and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.Ms. Raab graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1990, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and had a concentration in Communications. She graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1993. During law school, she was both a member and an Article and Book Review Editor of the University of Detroit Law Review.
