Jeffrey A. Robbins is a partner of Hertz Schram. He is the head of the firm's Estate Planning Practice Group and co-head of the Corporate Practice Group, focusing primarily on estate and tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, pass-through entities (S corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies), and IRS controversy matters.

Mr. Robbins is frequently brought in to client files by CPA's, insurance professionals and other attorneys who appreciate his skills in dealing with sophisticated estate and succession planning, as well as tax and corporate issues.

He has lectured frequently on tax, corporate and estate planning topics for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Robbins graduated from the University of Michigan in 1972. He received his law degree from Wayne State University College of Law in 1976 and a master's degree in taxation from New York University School of Law in 1979. He is a Certified Public Accountant and former adjunct faculty member of Walsh College (Troy, Michigan).

Mr. Robbins is admitted to the State Bars of Michigan and Florida, and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
